SHIPPING & RETURNS

Standard delivery across Egypt takes 2–5 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Express delivery, where available, arrives within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 3PM Cairo time are processed the following business day.

Standard delivery is 150 EGP. Orders over 2,500 EGP ship free. Express delivery is a flat 300 EGP regardless of order value.

Once your order ships, you can track its status from My Account → Orders. You'll also be contacted directly by our delivery partner ahead of drop-off.

Unworn items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Signature and Essentials pieces marked as final sale are not eligible for return. This will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Contact us via WhatsApp or the Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll arrange a pickup or drop-off point and confirm your refund once the item is inspected.
