TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AXEN CLOTHING website and any related services (together, the "Site"), and your purchase of products through the Site. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 15 below; continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order on the Site. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide — including your name, email address, phone number, and any shipping addresses — is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately through our Contact page if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. AXEN CLOTHING is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

We make every effort to display our products, including colors, materials, and sizing, as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings, and slight variations in materials and construction may occur between manufacturing batches — these do not constitute a defect.

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, and modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have already placed, we will contact you before shipping to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. In the rare case that an item you ordered is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by AXEN CLOTHING, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, unauthorized or illegal activity, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — it confirms only that we have received your order. A contract of sale is formed only once we dispatch the products to you.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched, unless a cash-on-delivery option is offered and selected at checkout, in which case payment is due upon delivery.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your payment information, but we do not store full card details on our servers. You are responsible for any charges, including currency conversion fees, applied by your bank or card issuer.

Standard delivery within Egypt typically takes 2–5 business days; express delivery typically takes 1–2 business days, as selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed — delays may occur due to courier availability, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Free standard shipping applies to orders over 2,500 EGP unless otherwise stated.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and that the address provided is accurate and complete — AXEN CLOTHING is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy. Certain items, including intimate apparel, accessories marked as final sale, and gift cards, may be excluded from returns for hygiene or other reasons; any such exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item.

Promotional codes, discount codes, and gift cards are subject to any additional terms stated at the time they are issued, including expiry dates, minimum order values, and eligible products. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or modified by AXEN CLOTHING at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order, and to deactivate an account, if we reasonably believe a promotional code or gift card has been obtained fraudulently, shared publicly outside its intended use, or used in violation of its terms.

The AXEN name, the AX mark, our logos, product designs, photography, website content, and all related intellectual property are the property of AXEN CLOTHING or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; using automated means such as bots or scrapers to access or collect data from the Site without our permission; submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information; and reselling products purchased through the Site as part of a commercial enterprise without our written authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site, cancel orders, and close accounts for any user who we reasonably believe has violated these Terms.

Where the Site allows you to submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant AXEN CLOTHING a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and confirm that it does not infringe any third party's rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material.

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXEN CLOTHING disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AXEN CLOTHING's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim. In no event shall AXEN CLOTHING be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AXEN CLOTHING, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team; if unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will, where appropriate, be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and AXEN CLOTHING regarding your use of the Site.
